Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for maintenance mechanics at both junior and senior levels – whether you have extensive experience or are less experienced but eager to develop technically – who want to be part of a growing industrial company with a strong focus on sustainability.

As a maintenance mechanic, you will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and production equipment. You will work with troubleshooting, repair, service, and renovation of machines, material transport systems, compressed air machines, and vacuum pumps. The role also includes responsibility for entire machine lines, including disassembly, measurement, adjustment, component, and casing/screw replacements.

You will perform more advanced mechanical work and welding independently, participate in improvement and optimization work for increased operational reliability, and contribute to the development and training of colleagues with less experience.

Responsibilities:

Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and production equipment
Mechanical maintenance, service, and repairs
Troubleshooting and resolution of operational disruptions
Work with pneumatics and hydraulics
Basic welding and repair work as needed
Improvement and optimization work for increased operational reliability
Collaboration with production and other functions in the business

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in mechanical work and industrial maintenance
Has knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Has practical experience in welding
Is familiar with troubleshooting and problem-solving in technical systems
Works in a structured manner, takes responsibility, and drives your work independently
Is solution-oriented and enjoys working both independently and in teams
